Who owns the formula — and how is our IP protected?

A mutual NDA is standard on day one of every engagement, and formula ownership is assigned to your entity on contract sign-off. Category-exclusive or SKU-exclusive locks are available, meaning we will not manufacture the same formula for anyone else.
What is the MOQ and batch size for a brand scaling up?

MOQ starts at 100 pieces, with batch sizes from 100 kg – 1,000 kg per SKU. The same formula, actives and QC bar stay identical as you scale from pilot to full production.
How long does custom formulation take?

Sampling takes 7–10 days once the brief is agreed, and a production run completes inside 15–20 days once the PO is confirmed. Reverse-engineering a benchmark or building from scratch both start with the same bench-sample stage.
What documentation do you provide with each batch?

Every batch ships with COA, MSDS and a signed BMR. Stability data, challenge test results and an allergen dossier are available for audit-ready QA files, and retention samples are archived for 3 years.

Can we reformulate an existing SKU without starting over?

Yes. A change-control process governs every reformulation: the updated bench sample is signed off against the retention sample of the previous batch before production, so sensorials and performance stay consistent.
