What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 100 pieces for pilot and sampling runs. Production batches start at 100 kg and scale up to 1,000 kg per SKU, so growth and scale-tier buyers typically order in the thousands of units per batch.
What is your lead time from PO to dispatch?

15–20 days working days for ready formulations, from confirmed PO to dispatch. Custom formulations add 7–10 days for lab samples and buyer approval before the production batch begins.
What certifications and licenses do you hold?

GMP (Schedule M), ISO 22716:2007, AYUSH manufacturing license, KVIC Gramodyog registration, and a valid Drug License. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Do you provide export documentation?

Yes. Every export shipment includes COA, MSDS, BMR, allergen declarations, and INCI-labelled ingredient breakdowns for customs. Stability reports for shelf-life claims are available on request. We have manufactured for buyers shipping into the Gulf, EU, UK, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Are product samples available before I place a bulk order?

Yes. For ready-to-private-label SKUs we ship sample bars/units after brief confirmation. For custom formulations, lab samples are typically ready in 7–10 days. Sample costs and courier are billed at cost and adjusted against the first production PO.
How does private-label customization work?

You brief us on category, target actives, fragrance direction, colour, viscosity, pack format and label copy. We propose a formulation (custom or off-the-shelf), send a sample for approval, then produce your batch under your brand — from primary filling through secondary packaging and cartoning, ready to ship.
What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 50% advance on PO confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Payment terms for repeat, high-volume buyers and export shipments can be discussed on a per-order basis.
Where is your manufacturing unit located?

Our unit is at Buranwala, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh 174103. Baddi is India's largest personal care manufacturing cluster, with fast logistics to major ports (Mundra, Nhava Sheva) and metro distribution hubs.
