    Choose from 50+ existing formulations or commission a custom formula. Lab samples typically ready in 7–10 days. Up to two reformulation rounds included.

    Packaging selection

    Standard packs from our catalogue or custom — bottles, jars, tubes, sachets, bars. Primary and secondary packaging, label artwork QC included.

    Quotation & PO

    Transparent costing on RM, packaging, labelling, freight and taxes. 50% advance, 50% before dispatch — clear B2B terms.

  5. 05

    Manufacturing & QC

    Batch size 100kg–1,000kg per SKU. In-line pH, viscosity, organoleptic and microbial checks. Every batch receives a COA, MSDS and BMR.

  6. 06

    Packing & dispatch

    Primary fill, secondary cartoning, batch coding (MFG/EXP/MRP/batch no.). Pallet-ready dispatch with full documentation pack for domestic or export.
