Buyer FAQ — Export Compliance

How documentation tiers, market coverage and dossier requests work in practice.

What does 'standard' vs 'on request' documentation mean in the matrix?

+

'Standard' items — COA, MSDS, BMR and INCI breakdowns — ship automatically with every batch or consignment. 'On request' items such as stability and challenge test reports, Halal certification liaison or Responsible Person coordination are arranged per engagement and scoped when you brief us.

Which markets are fully supported today?

+

India (BIS, CDSCO, Legal Metrology) is fully supported in-house. GCC, ASEAN, EU and US documentation packages are provided as listed in the matrix; for full documentation on EU/US/GCC/ASEAN rows, contact our compliance team directly — confirm scope per SKU when you request a dossier.

Which certifications underpin the export documents?

+

Vaishnavi Gramodyog operates under KVIC and AYUSH licensing with GMP (Schedule M) practices and ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP. That certification base is what the COA, MSDS, Free Sale Certificate and Certificate of Origin are issued against.

How do we request a market-specific dossier?

+

Send your destination country and SKU list through the quote form below. We return a documentation checklist, sample labels and any regulatory gaps to close before production is scheduled.

What are the MOQ and lead time for export orders?

+

MOQ starts at 100 pieces for a test consignment, with batch sizes of 100 kg – 1,000 kg per SKU. Production completes inside 15–20 days once the PO is confirmed, and export documentation is prepared in parallel.

Who handles CPNP notification or FDA listing — you or the buyer?

+

CPNP notification in the EU is the buyer's Responsible Person duty; we supply the PIF inputs they need. For the US we provide facility and product listing support data. In both cases the matrix shows exactly which documents we contribute.

Need a market-specific dossier?

Tell us your destination country and SKU list. We'll return a documentation checklist, sample labels and any regulatory gaps to close.
